The Biochill series of circulation coolers comprises eight advanced models, each equipped with a modern LED display and user-friendly membrane keypad. These coolers offer a robust cooling capacity ranging from 1.2 to 5 kilowatts (kW). The Biochill circulation coolers are extensively employed in diverse applications where rapid and precise heat dissipation is essential. These include rotary evaporators, distillation systems, and various analytical instruments in laboratory settings. Moreover, they play a crucial role in temperature control applications for gas sources in sophisticated semiconductor process equipment.

Application

By connecting directly or through a heat exchanger, etc . to the DUT of Device under test , it accelerates the simulation of extreme environments in different temperature ranges for material testing in the automotive industry and provides reliable temperature control for the development and application of new products and technologies. Reliable industrial-grade components to ensure the reliable operation of the equipment over long periods of dynamic temperature changes. For the semiconductor industry for a large number of  low temperature probe stage and chucks  and other equipment to provide reliable temperature control down to  -60 degrees, to ensure that 100% of the chip performance test carried out. The same platform also aim to compiy with  the F-Gas directive and upgrade with natural refrigerants  for carbon peak and carbon neutral goals .
